(OTCBB: SSNT) (OTCQB: SSNT) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, a premier provider of best-of-breed business software solutions and cloud technology services, has closed on a software sale valued at over $1,100,000.

The transaction involves the sale of Sage Software's ERP X3 software and attendant consulting services. The customer is an international footwear manufacturer.
