EL SEGUNDO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/06/13 -- Stamps.com® (NASDAQ: STMP), the leading provider of USPS postage online and shipping software to nearly 500,000 customers, today announced a new integration with 3dcart, an e-commerce solution that allows retailers to build, market and successfully operate an online store.
The integration gives 3dcart customers effective new tools to simplify their order fulfillment process. With the Stamps.com software, customers can automatically import orders and print shipping labels for all USPS mail classes, both domestic and international. Once the shipping label is printed, the software posts order status details such as the USPS tracking number, shipping date and mail class directly to the 3dcart customer's account. Additional Stamps.com features now available to 3dcart customers include postage rate discounts, hidden postage, thermal printer support, automated customs forms, return shipping labels and more.
3dcart supports more than 16,000 online retailers worldwide. Customers can quickly build and publish an e-commerce store without any programming or HTML knowledge. Features include a built-in newsletter manager for customer email marketing, the ability to sell on Facebook with a 3dcart app and mCommerce mobile store templates that provide easy expansion into the mobile market. 3dcart also offers unlimited support and software updates to customers.
"With Stamps.com, online retailers have access to the lowest USPS rates for domestic and international shipping" said Ken McBride, Stamps.com chairman and CEO. "Not only does this new integration offer low shipping rates to 3dcart customers, but it also provides them with features such as batch printing capabilities, shipment notification emails and automated return shipping labels, thereby reducing their time spent on order fulfillment and allowing for more focus on product sales."
This integration is available at no additional cost to new and existing customers of Stamps.com.
