TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/31/13 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Software Netherlands B.V. ("CSN B.V."), completed the purchase of 100% of the shares of Netherlands-based Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V. ("TSS"). Further details of the transaction were disclosed in a news release of December 16, 2013 at which time Constellation entered into a binding agreement with the shareholders of TSS.
