                       Directors' Share Dealing

The Company was informed that on 22 January 2013 Jay Mervin Shaw
("Directors"), Chief Executive Officer and Matthew Chaloner
("Directors"), Chief Financial Officer, completed the purchase of 200
American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") respectively, equivalent to 1,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$6.45 per ADR or GBP0.78
per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.65 to GBP1.00.
Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.

Following the Directors' share dealing the Directors' holding in the
share capital of the Company is as follows: Number of ordinary Total holding as % of total
