Kuhn is a Co-Founder and the Managing Partner of FLG Partners, a leading CFO services, consulting, and board advisory company in Silicon Valley. His deep expertise in helping companies identify and meet their business objectives will help GoGrid solidify its position as the leading provider of Big Data solutions.

He has built particular expertise in the technology sector as CFO of and consultant to companies in the software, design services, electro-optical, and telecommunications sectors. In his role on its board of directors, Mr. Kuhn helped establish the Silicon Valley Director's Exchange as an independent organization that lets corporate directors and executives of the most important technology companies in the world meet, learn, and interact. He also currently serves on the board of SVForum.
