Williams previously served as Vice President of Operations and Professional Services at Connotate, leading the Operations and Professional Services Organization (PSO) teams.

Williams is a U.S. Army veteran, with time served in the United States, East Asia, Europe and the Balkans. He holds an A.A.S. in Networking Technology and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership in Technology, as well as several industry-recognized certifications including PMI's PMP and CAPM, ITIL v3, BICSI Level II, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+. In addition, Tom is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
