SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 03/19/14 -- Appointment-Plus, a worldwide leader in online and mobile scheduling solutions, announced today it has experienced a consistent revenue growth at 35 percent year over year throughout the past five years. Due to this continued growth and expansion, the company has hired several new employees and recently moved into a new office in Scottsdale, AZ.
"Watching our business grow so rapidly has been tremendously inspiring," said Bob La Loggia, CEO of Appointment-Plus. "Our company vision focuses on giving customers the most flexible and high-performing online scheduling solution possible. The fast rise in business tells us that we've succeeded -- that our software empowers our clients to save time and grow their businesses more efficiently. Appointment-Plus currently schedules more than four million appointments every month, and we expect that number to keep rising."
The company recently reached a milestone of more than 7,000 customers, 50 of which are Fortune 500 companies, and has expanded its workforce to accommodate the rising demand in sales. La Loggia said that the company is expected to have more than 100 employees by the end of the year. Appointment-Plus recently promoted former CIO Steve Booze to COO and has also hired Debbie James, a Silicon Valley finance executive with deep SaaS experience, as vice president of finance. James previously served as senior director of accounting for Taleo.
"It's no surprise to me Appointment-Plus is growing," said Scott Trotter, Warehouse Manager at Crescent Crown. "I hear operations managers from all over the country talk about it in the wholesale beer and beverage industry every time we get together to discuss best practices. We are always finding ways to benefit from technology in more areas than we ever imagined, and this software is so user friendly for us and the trucking companies who book their own appointments. It has also taken direct communication between us and the carriers to a whole new level. I don't know what I would do without it now that I've grown so dependent on it."
In order to better reflect the company's innovative culture and accommodate growth, Appointment-Plus recently moved into a new 12,000 square foot headquarters by the Scottsdale Airpark technology hub. The office has a startup look and feel, with an open floor plan and designated areas for collaboration and brainstorming. The spacious headquarters will be available for meet-ups, association meetings and other community gatherings to help foster the growing business ecosystem in Phoenix.
The company attributes its explosive growth to key drivers such as its secure cloud-based model and mobile-optimized solutions. With customizable features and fully managed support, the software offers the convenience customers expect and the security and performance businesses need.
