Multi-factor authentication enhances security by requiring a real-time generated token code to access the client's account in addition to login credentials. The token code, which is displayed in a mobile app on the users registered device, updates every 60 seconds.

Multi-factor authentication was one of the most requested features on SingleHop's ideas portal. The feature was launched in less than three months from initial submission to production.
