(OTC: EFFI), a holding company focused on direct acquisition and development in growth industries, announced today that it has reserved and purchased a variety of web domains with identical and close correspondence to the Marijuana Informant branding name. These domains will play a very important role in our expansion plans for the Marijuana Informant concept, which we intend to expand across nearly all available media. We will release updates on the plans and milestones as they become available, as a means of limiting potential duplication of our platform and strategy. Efftec remains in negotiations with a number of related companies in our industry in regards to integration into and under the Marijuana Informant umbrella, and expects to have updates on these negotiations shortly.

As a means of accelerating our development of both the Marijuana Informant: Pot Snob and BitBank applications, as well as the implementation of our integration and expansion plans, the Company has recently contracted OpenXcell Technolabs, a multinational development firm with offices in New York and India, to provide a variety of related services. OpenXcell employs a staff of over 150 in-house mobile app developers, web app developers, marketing and deployment specialists, and IT professionals, and boasts an impressive client list including many well-known 'blue-chip' companies.
