SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/10/14 -- TokBox, a Telefónica company, today announced the appointment of Scott Lomond to CEO, from his former role as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at TokBox. Outgoing CEO Ian Small will become Chairman of the Board, continuing in his current role as CEO of Communications Services at Telefónica. Current Vice President, Engineering Badri Rajasekar will become CTO at TokBox as part of the changes, responsible for all engineering and operations.
