In this role, Hsieh will be responsible for Instart Logic's branding and marketing strategy, including product marketing, corporate communications, content marketing, demand generation and the company's go-to-market strategy. The timing of this executive appointment coincides with a period of exponential growth in the company.

Hsieh's 25-year career is marked by a number of triumphs at various technology organizations in the Silicon Valley. Most recently, he served as CMO at Ubiquiti Networks, a publicly traded wireless infrastructure company. There, he led the company's disruption of the enterprise WLAN market, growing to No. 2 in market share. Prior to Ubiquiti, Hsieh was vice president of marketing in Cisco's Emerging Business Group. In this role, he launched Cisco TelePresence and grew a billion-dollar business that disrupted the legacy video conferencing market. Hsieh showcased his creativity there by producing the most viral Cisco video on YouTube and devising the Cisco I-Prize for crowd-sourced innovation. Hsieh also served as vice president of products at WebEx, founder of FaceTime Communications (now Actiance) and vice president of product marketing at Sybase.
