(OTC Pink: BRNW) (PINKSHEETS: BRNW) announced its "Right to Information" (RTI) module to its Medical College Information Management Solution (Sanvi MCIMS), which is being developed in conjunction with a prestigious medical college in India. The Right to Information (RTI) Act 2005 is an Act of the Parliament of India to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens, and mandates timely response to citizen requests for government information.

The RTI module facilitates and streamlines the numerous requests for information received and timeliness of the responses and information provided to the requesting parties by the medical college pursuant to the RTI Act 2005.

The Company believes that inclusion of the RTI Module to Sanvi MCIMS application will add significantly to the comprehensiveness of the application and therefore its marketability to various medical colleges and universities in India. Further, the RTI Module will easily be transferable to other non-medical educational institutions which are guided by the RTI Act 2005.

Sanvi MCIMS was designed to meet the requirements specified by the Medical College and designed to automate the admission, registration, student and faculty information management, class scheduling, attendance, internal and university examinations and internship processes pursuant to the guidelines laid down by the Medical Council of India.

A KPMG report cites that as of the financial year 2010, India had approximately 300 medical colleges, 290 colleges for Bachelor of Dental Surgery and 140 colleges for Master of Dental Surgery admitting about 60,000 new students annually respectively. India needs to open 600 medical colleges (100 seats per college) and 1500 nursing colleges (60 seats per college) in order to meet the global average of doctors and nurses, creating a significant opportunity for Brainybrawn's new Education Market Solutions.
