(OTC Pink: EPAZ) (PINKSHEETS: EPAZ), a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions announced that its Form 10-K of December 31, 2013 will be filed in the next couple of days due to the timing for the edgarization and XBRL formatting process which the company has started, and the company will file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 shortly thereafter. Also the company is working on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. Once the first quarter is filed the company will be current on its financials.
