VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/14 -- WordLogic Corporation (OTCQB: WLGC), the global leader in predictive intelligence text input technology that creates patented solutions for mobiles, tablets and desktops filed a patent infringement lawsuit on July 14, 2014 against TouchType Ltd. d/b/a SwiftKey. The lawsuit alleges that SwiftKey infringes WordLogic's US patent number 8552984 entitled "Method, System, Apparatus and Computer-Readable Media For Directing Input Associated with Keyboard-Type Device."
With over ten years of advanced research and development, WordLogic holds multiple patents on innovations that turns ordinary touch screens devices into dynamic doorways of limitless possibilities and revenue opportunities. WordLogic has a number of foundational patents in the predictive text keyboard technologies that are applicable to a myriad of platforms and mobiles devices.
