Recommind Appoints Technology and Banking Veteran Bernard Huger as Chief Financial Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/11/14 -- Recommind, a leader in information intelligence, today announced that it has appointed Bernard Huger to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Huger joins Recommind with over 15 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy for technology companies, including his previous role as Chief Financial Officer of MuleSoft.

As CFO, Huger will join Recommind's executive management team and lead its finance and accounting operations. At MuleSoft Huger played an important role in the company's exponential growth and global expansion. He previously served as Vice President of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on numerous financing events and provided investment-banking services to companies across the software, digital media and technology systems sectors. Prior to his tenure at J.P. Morgan, he served as a Vice President at Stifel Nicolaus, where he provided venture capital, investment banking and advisory services to fast-growth private companies.
