About the Phoenix and Toronto Data Centers

The secure Phoenix- and Toronto-based data centers have systems monitored around the clock, 365 days a year by Recommind OnDemand's operations and engineering teams to ensure availability and performance expectations are maintained. This includes protection against physical and virtual threats. Client data remains entirely in-country and can be received through secure high-speed electronic file transfer or direct shipment of physical media to the data center.

The Phoenix-based data center is certified to the Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagement (SSAE) 16, guaranteeing security, compliance and safety-related requirements for controls and safeguards are met when hosting customer data.
