• Improved disk I/O performance on all platforms:
  By carefully analyzing the disk I/O scheduling behavior of various operating systems, FlowTraq significantly improved disk performance for historical analysis. Improvements of 2.5x have been observed on Linux, while Windows 2012 realized a 10x performance improvement on heavily loaded systems.
  
  
• Fine-grained detection of UDP reflection attacks:
  New enhancements include detection capabilities to precisely identify unique aspects of each UDP reflection attack.
  
  
• Human-in-the-loop mitigations -- manual and approval-required:
  No longer a solely automatic detection system, users now have the option to manually mitigate attacks, providing security teams with more flexibility.
