Matthew Neigh, Cherwell Software's director of EMEA sales, will lead the newly appointed team comprised of seasoned IT service management (ITSM) professionals who have worked for companies such as Axios™ Systems, BMC Software™, Inc., EasyVista™ and FrontRange™.

13% of Cherwell's customers are based in Germany, supported by local Cherwell Solution Partners who provide integration and support services for Cherwell Service Management®. These trusted, experienced and highly knowledgeable partners will continue to work alongside Cherwell's team in Munich.
