TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/31/12 -- Tenth Power Technologies Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TPI) today announced the financial results for its fiscal year end January 31, 2012.

Revenues for the year of $4.8 million improved by 25% over the same period last year, and gross margins declined to 31% from 37% from the same period last year. Net loss for the year was $170,634 ($0.01 per share) compared to net loss of $413,966 ($0.03 per share) for the same period last year.
