PALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/14 -- Instart Logic, the Cloud Application Delivery Service for performance-obsessed organizations, today announced the availability of the Instart Logic Security Suite. The new suite extends Instart Logic's end-to-end, client-cloud software-defined application delivery (SDAD) platform by providing customers with multi-layered protection against DDoS attacks and other cybersecurity threats. The offering includes a new ProxyWall service that provides advanced web application firewall and origin protection capabilities.
Key end-to-end features and capabilities of the Security Suite include:

Instart Logic's ProxyWall adds to DDoS protection and the company's previously announced PCI DSS Level-1 compliance to provide protection across the end-to-end application delivery path, from device to cloud to origin. This multi-layered approach to security builds on Instart Logic's client-cloud SDAD platform, now used by a rapidly growing number of organizations to improve web application performance on mobile devices. SDAD is a software-based architectural approach that provides control, extensibility and performance that cannot be achieved with traditional application delivery technologies like CDNs. Instart Logic today also announced the addition of Dan Boneh to its advisory board. Boneh is a cybersecurity expert and professor of computer science and electrical engineering at Stanford University.
