The Alcatel-Lucent 5620 SAM is a single management platform which offers element, network and service management for Alcatel-Lucent's Carrier Ethernet and IP/MPLS Service Routing portfolio. For Communication Service Providers (CSPs) the integration combines SevOne's multi-vendor support with data available from the 5620 SAM and provides dynamic real-time reporting, alerts and alarms and baselining of data, all in a single view across CSPs' entire multi-vendor, physical and virtual infrastructure.
