Called Avalara iApp4Tax, the new iApp is offered by MuleSoft and runs as a packaged integration application on the MuleSoft Mule iON integration platform as a service (iPaaS). iApp4Tax easily integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and ecommerce accounting applications to enable connection with AvaTax, Avalara's market-leading transactional tax compliance software as a service (SaaS) offering.

Avalara partners with approximately 170 accounting and commercial software publishers to provide seamless integrations into their customers' existing workflow processes, which include enterprise resource planning (ERP), point of sale (POS), ecommerce, mcommerce, compliance, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
