What:
Flexera Software's Mike Mullany, Director of Business Development, will be speaking at the upcoming Embedded World taking place in Nuremberg from 2-27 February, 2014. Mr. Mullany's session will take place on 26 February from 15.00-15.30. He will discuss how, in a connected world, intelligent devices can be updated, monitored, diagnosed, and used as a platform for customer communication through remote device management.

In addition, Mr. Mullany will discuss how intelligent device manufacturers are using software licensing and entitlement management to provision premium capabilities and monetize connected devices for the Internet of Things. He will also cover remote device management and how it can be used to update devices, reduce cost, increase awareness of end user usage patterns, influence product line decision making, and increase device in-service time. The session will conclude with a review of use cases and a demonstration of entitlement and device management using the FlexNet Producer Suite.
