TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/13 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas") has made a takeover offer, subject to certain conditions which are in line with relevant market practice, for all the shares of a provider of appointment scheduling software. If accepted, the offer is expected to close in approximately one month.
