Specops Password Sync is a new offering that enables users to create a unified password policy for all connected business systems, while Specops Password Suite, a finalist for the "Best of TechEd 2012" award, combines all of Specops' password products into one comprehensive package.

Specops Password Sync captures and synchronizes all changes to a user's password in Active Directory at the moment they occur, in accordance with synchronization rules defined in Group Policy by the Administrator. When combined with a strong password policy in Windows, or an enhanced password policy with Specops Password Policy, a unified password policy is created for all connected business systems.

Specops Password Suite is a complete package of all three Specops security offerings: Specops Password Policy, Specops Password Sync and Specops Password Reset. Within the suite, Specops has added new functionality to help organizations to become compliant with the National Institute of Science and Technology's (NIST) password guidelines.
