Hansa.net Appoints New Executive Officers and Directors

ANGUILLA, BRITISH WEST INDIES -- (Marketwired) -- 09/05/13 -- Hansa.net Global Commerce, Inc. (NEX: HAN.H) ("Hansa") announces the appointments of Mr. Edward Chan as President and C.E.O. and Mr. Jason Mill as Chief Financial Officer of Hansa. Mr. Chan replaces Mr. Lynwood S. Bell as President, Mr. Bell remains a director of Hansa. The board of directors has increased the size of Hansa's board from six to eight members and has appointed Mr. Colin Lim of Singapore and Mr. Yoshinori Suzuki of Japan as new directors of Hansa.
