TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/27/13 -- Further to its previous press release of October 28, 2013 in connection with its takeover offer of an appointment scheduling software provider, Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jonas Software AUS Pty Ltd ("Jonas Australia") has released all remaining conditions of its takeover offer in respect of Shortcuts Software Limited ("Shortcuts"). As of the date hereof, Shortcuts shareholders holding 92.44% of the shares of Shortcuts have accepted the offer. The offer is expected to close on or about December 2, 2013, after which Jonas Australia will exercise its right to compulsorily acquire the remaining outstanding shares of Shortcuts.
