(PINKSHEETS: INIX), a Nevada corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Benhope Munroe to the executive positions of President/Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors effective June 11, 2012. Pursuant to a recent Board of Directors meeting, management has decided it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its shareholders to restructure senior management. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Douglas Spadaro as the President/Chief Executive Officer effective June 11, 2012. Mr. Spadaro will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Spadaro stated, "I am pleased to turn over the reins to Mr. Munroe. I am confident he has the skills to take the company to the next level." Mr. Munroe further stated, "I would like to thank the Board for allowing me this opportunity to fulfill their vision for iFinix. I plan to move directly towards achieving the near term goals set forth by the Board."

Mr. Munroe was previously the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer of INIX until his resignation in September 2011. Mr. Munroe was responsible for the daily activities of the company and worked closely with the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as the presidents of the subsidiaries of INIX. Mr. Munroe was also responsible for the preparation and review of the financial statements of INIX.
