ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/13/14 -- Liaison Technologies, a global provider of secure, cloud-based integration and data management services and solutions, today announced year-over-year (YoY) growth of 66 percent for its managed services reseller program and 252 percent growth within its referral channel. This increase from 2012 to 2013 is reflective of the continuing focus on the cloud services brokerage (CSB) market -- an industry that drove 60 percent of Liaison's overall YoY growth -- and demand for cloud services support particularly for complex data integration projects. In fact, by 2015 Gartner predicts that 20 percent of cloud services will be sold through brokerages like Liaison.
Last year, Liaison established new partnerships and continued working with long-standing partners like Ariba to fuel the company's 25 percent YoY reseller billings growth. The software reseller channel also saw a 62 percent YoY growth.
The introduction of Liaison's SaaS and cloud-based Application Partner Program further solidified the company's focus on creating a robust channel and partner ecosystem to streamline the delivery of B2B and data management solutions for customers. The combination of a powerful partner network and increasing complexity of cloud and data integration projects were key factors that led to Liaison's growth of its managed services reseller program.
"For years, Sikich has worked with Liaison to increasingly meet the growing demand and needs of our clients, helping them navigate the EDI minefield," said Mel Heckman, development manager at Sikich (a professional services firm). "Liaison's cloud platform has been particularly impressive and allowed many of our clients to have extensive EDI partnerships with little to no internal EDI expertise. Our decision to continue working with Liaison over the past several years has been a simple choice because of their dedication and flexibility to provide the best benefits for our clients."
"The past year was pivotal for the CSB market in general, and it's now very clear that the work we've invested over the years with our partners to build out Liaison's reseller channel is seen as a valuable differentiator among customers," said Megan Pulliam, VP of channel sales at Liaison Technologies. "Our channel enables us to provide 'mass customization' to customers, an area of the CSB market solely owned by Liaison. We remain committed to this model, and provide customers with the industry's most flexible solutions."
Recognizing the proficiency of Liaison's channel program, CRN acknowledged the company in its 2013 Partner Program Guide. Furthermore, 2013 was also a rewarding year for Megan Pulliam as she was endorsed as a Supply and Demand Chain Executive Pro to Know, CRN Channel Chief and CRN Woman of the Channel.
