Leading Technology, Research and Policy Thinkers Converge at CANARIE National Summit

Focus on transformative technologies and how to position Canada for leadership in the global knowledge economy

OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/15/14 -- CANARIE, a vital component of Canada's digital infrastructure supporting research, education and innovation, today announced the final speaker lineup for its National Summit, being held in Toronto on September 17 and 18th.

The Summit will showcase a range of leading thinkers and visionaries from business and academia to share their thoughts on Canada's digital future. Speakers will address the opportunities generated from rapid advances in nanotechnologies, genomics, and quantum computing, and will challenge participants to think about how the players in Canada's innovation ecosystem can align to capitalize on them.
