Shackelford brings to Microlog over 25 years of experience in building local, direct sales forces as well as applying his skills to build and manage national and international direct sales forces and channels of distribution. He has experience in the Federal (DOD and Civilian), State and Local/Public Safety government markets and the commercial healthcare, legal, insurance and financial markets.

In addition, he was the VP of Sales at SER Solutions, Inc. where he was responsible for worldwide sales in their Telecommunication Division. Shackelford also has previous tenure with Interactive Intelligence, AVT and Firepond.

Shackelford holds a BS Degree in Marketing from James Madison University and resides in Warrenton, VA.
