Held March 11-13, 2015, in Banff, AB, Canada, Susan Wu, director of technical marketing at Midokura, will participate as a judge for a startup pitch and join in on the enterprise IT debate session.

Seven lucky emerging technology companies were selected to pitch to Steve Wozniak, Robert Herjavek, Bruce Croxon and other key technology icons at Interzone. The semi-finals round at the Edmonton and Vancouver events narrowed it down to the top five. Midokura's Susan Wu will serve as one of five esteemed judges, along with executives from Cloud Foundry at Pivotal Inc., OpenStack, Nebula, Auro/iDigital and Intel IT, who will name the top two finalists on Friday in front of the Interzone audience.

Come hear Susan Wu, along with executives from the City of Palo Alto, Warner Music Group and Avasant Digital in a no-holds-barred Oxford-style debate -- complete with audience voting and untold bragging rights for the winners -- about the proposition: "dedicated IT departments are no longer a useful part of a business." The outcome of the session will reveal whether enterprise IT is an outdated fossil or a critical cornerstone of modern organizations.
