SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/13 -- The Board of Directors of VisualVault Corporation (CNSX: VVT) (the "Company") wishes to announce that they have unanimously agreed to proceed with a share consolidation and name change pending Canadian National Stock Exchange approval. The proposed consolidation, previously approved by a special majority of shareholders of the Company on December 7, 2012, will see shareholders of the Company as of the record date of October 2, 2013 receive one new share for every two shares held. The new company, named Certive Solutions Inc., will trade on the Canadian National Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CBP".
