          Issue of Equity and total voting rights - Amendment


The RNS due to a human error did not state that the 100,000 options
were exercised by Ray Ruff a Director of the Company. The remaining
information in the announcement is correct.

The following text replaces the prior announcement:

Upon the exercise of 100,000 options, 100,000 ordinary shares of
US$0.001 each in the capital of the Company have been allotted and were
issued. These shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company. Application has been made for these ordinary
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which became
effective on 6 February 2014. Following the exercise of 100,000 options
by Ray Ruff, a Director of the Company, Ray Ruff holds 3,791,388
representing 9.90% of the total issued share capital.

Following Admission the total number of ordinary shares in issue will
be 38,239,826 with a nominal value of US$ 0.001 each ("Ordinary
Shares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary
Shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 38,239,826 Ordinary Shares may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
