(NASDAQ: TIBX) as an award recipient in the 33rd Annual Telly Awards for its documentary titled "Never Give Up" in the non-broadcast productions category. With nearly 11,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries, a prestigious judging panel of over 500 accomplished industry professionals selected TIBCO as a prominent winner.

The "Never Give Up" video was shot in partnership with Compass Rose Media and took over a period of roughly three months in 2011 to complete. The video focuses on the captivating success story of Vivek Ranadivé, founder and CEO of TIBCO and an owner of the Golden State Warriors, as he documents his journey from India, through Wall Street, and onto the entrepreneurism that would result in TIBCO, a leading global software company.

For its 33rd season, The Telly Awards once again joined forces with YouTube to give the public the power to view and rate videos submitted as part of the People's Telly Awards. In addition to recognition from the Silver Telly Council, the judging panel that selects the Telly Awards winners, the Internet community helps to decide the People's Telly Awards winners.
