Moody brings more than 30 years of software engineering and development management experience to Lucid Imagination.

Prior to joining Lucid Imagination, Mike held the positions of senior vice president of development and operations at Spigit, a leader in the social innovation space, and senior vice president of development and support for Jaspersoft, a leading commercial open source business intelligence company. At Jaspersoft, Mike managed a global team spanning six countries and 12 different products. He drove the growth of both the commercial business and the open source community, which reached 15 million downloads and nearly 250,000 registered developers. Prior to Jaspersoft, Mike held executive positions at CenterBoard and Portal Software.

From 2010 to 2011, Mike served as a board member of OW2, an open source middleware consortium, and is currently a board advisor for zAgile, an information collaboration company. For five years, Mike has been actively involved in the Silicon Valley VPE Community of Practice, a group of leading Silicon Valley VPEs and CTOs investigating best practices in software development and management. Mike and other members of this team recently co-authored "Leading and Managing in Silicon Valley," a book now available on Amazon.
