These easy-to-use project planning tools cover the electrical, mechanical, and IT spaces, as well as their interconnections to each other. Each design includes:

• Design summary with standardized performance attributes
• Engineering package containing:
  • One-line diagrams
  • Piping diagrams
  • Dimensioned floor layouts
  • Bill of materials

Pre-engineered and developed from proven experience, reference designs simplify and shorten the project planning cycle. It is possible to save several weeks, if not, months of precious and costly time. Project teams can rapidly and accurately compare design scenarios and evaluate their tradeoffs. Stakeholders can more easily come to solid agreement on key project parameters such as capacity, criticality, density, efficiency, and budget. These high quality early decisions reduce the number of iterations in the detailed design phase, expedite the build phase, and make each phase of the project more predictable.
