CIO-SP3 is a multiple award Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with ceiling value of $20 billion.

The 10-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract offers IT support to any federal, civilian or Department of Defense (DOD) agency, and encompasses ten task areas, including IT operations and management, software development and digital government with the opportunity to bid on up to $20 billion in task orders. CIO-SP3 federal agencies will be able to incorporate a systems approach into their IT services in order to achieve scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial and information management requirements.
