• Share of Voice Analysis - Marketers drill into insights quickly based on the comparison of up to 16 categories, including product attributes, author characteristics and reputation drivers. With optimized analytics, brand managers can compare and contrast which product attributes drive more positive and negative brand conversations.
• Common Categories - Use predefined Visible categories out-of-the-box or customize them to suit the needs of the brand ultimately segmenting results from key groups and saving valuable time.
• User Preferences - For simplified global team collaboration within the VI platform, users can set their default time zones to match specific locations minimizing any confusion related to scheduled posts that may occur due to time zone conversions.
