SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/24/14 -- Mindjet, the world's leading enterprise SaaS platform for Innovation Management, today announced two new executive hires. Steve Anderson joins the company as Chief Financial Officer and Todd Clyde joins as Executive Vice President Global Field Operations.

The new hires come on the heels of pro forma year-over-year subscription revenue growth of 38%. In Q4 2013 alone, Mindjet signed 14 new enterprise customers to its SpigitEngage platform, including Pfizer, Cigna, ADGAS, and Amway, among others.

As EVP Global Field Operations, Mr. Clyde is responsible for the strategy and operations of customer-facing functions including sales, services, and support. Prior to Mindjet, Mr. Clyde was the EVP Sales & Marketing and General Manager for Monitise (Clairmail) a provider of enterprise software for mobile banking and payments. Prior to Monitise, he ran sales for two software companies focused on master data management and human capital management respectively. Mr. Clyde also worked at Accenture for 12 years as part of the industrial products and high tech practices.

As CFO, Mr. Anderson brings more than 25 years of financial experience to Mindjet, with venture-backed and publicly traded technology companies. He has a successful record of helping grow and manage companies through rapid domestic and international expansion, strategic fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Mindjet, Mr. Anderson was the CFO for Clairmail, a provider of enterprise software for mobile banking and payments. Prior to Clairmail, Mr. Anderson was CFO of Good Technology, Trigo Technologies, Capstan Systems and Navis. Mr. Anderson began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.
