Prior to Persystent Software, Len served as North American SMB Sales Director at Learn.com. Learn.com was a tier one software solutions developer of workforce productivity solutions, specializing in the e-learning sector. Len also worked at CESC, where he was the Vice President of Sales. CESC was Microsoft's largest independent Gold Certified learning solutions partner. Len's accomplishments can also be traced to Aston Business Solutions in Chicago, IL, where he was North American Sales Director and Knowledge Management Software in Tampa, where he was Vice President of Sales.
