The latest amendments to the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) now require commercial website operators to disclose how they respond to a browser's DNT signal and whether they allow third parties to collect PII across their websites. The California AG, in cooperation with the private sector, issued its best practices recommendations that outline issues to consider in making those disclosures.
This webinar addresses the California AG's best practices guidance and specifically covers:
