This is to catch you up on a couple of events since my last update on March 15, 2012.

Our audit has proven to be a very time-consuming endeavor, yet I am pleased to say that our auditors are now projecting an early July completion date. As previously communicated, the audit is an important step to realizing the goal of becoming fully reporting under SEC requirements. I sincerely appreciate your patience with this process, and trust that you recognize that it is an involved process not entirely within our managerial control.

I previously related our efforts to launch our AppRocket project and its www.approcket.com website. I am pleased to announce that we will definitely launch AppRocket by no later than July 5, 2012. AppRocket will be a web portal with access to a vast directory of apps for PC and Mac operating systems, as well as to consumer technology news and reviews. The website will also market AppRocket-developed proprietary mobile apps for Androids and iPhones, which are expected to be released this Summer 2012.

We began developing the AppRocket concept last year in anticipation of growing demands for PC and Mac apps. AppRocket's app directory and mobile apps in development are a focal point of the website, but it will also create a community for technology enthusiasts through news and reviews.
