IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/03/14 -- Secure Channels, Inc., a new cyber-defense firm creating robust, and state-of-the-art patented encryption technologies, today announced the availability of SUBROSA, the company's Simple User Based Resource Orientated Segmentation Architecture. SUBROSA is an advanced form of key generation and an authentication paradigm for deployment in hardware, as a software product and within web services.
One of the most prominent security vulnerabilities facing computer users today is user maintained passwords or keys. SUBROSA has decimated the old approach of authentication, with a new technology. SUBROSA can be used to easily replace or augment existing password authentication paradigms. Highly flexible and easy to use, SUBROSA is an architecture not just an authentication protocol, thus making it adaptable to any environment.
"Numerous complex keys and multiple passwords are extremely difficult to remember, especially with different passwords for every service," says Richard Blech, CEO, of Secure Channels Inc. "Emotional imprints cannot be hacked. What a person can easily remember are things associated with themselves, such as pictures, audio, movies and personal documents. SUBROSA is built to perform on these types of data files, creating a system that is simple, user based and resource oriented."
SUBROSA allows users to create passwords from segments of any file type making the password simple for the user to remember, but long and complex as a security format. By using pictures, audio and other formats of data directly related to the end users, SUBROSA can build a password paradigm based on that memory mnemonic to create cryptographically complex keys. Such a complex key can be used to highly encrypt data and allow login access, while remaining easily memorized by the user, since they are using memory mnemonics that are relevant to themselves.
SUBROSA is a consumer based product for the masses, especially on mobile devices and at the enterprise level for any web facing authentication interface. Secure Channels' patent-pending SUBROSA technology is available immediately. For more information, please visit www.securechannels.com/.
