(NASDAQ: TIBX) today announced it has acquired StreamBase Systems, Inc., a privately held provider of high performance event processing and real-time analytics software. StreamBase enables companies to rapidly build, test, and deploy real-time applications for streaming big data. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
