To further its goal of helping enterprises quickly and easily evaluate and run best-of-breed open-source Big Data solutions, GoGrid will be a founding sponsor of the new website, which will provide a library of popular Big Data solutions and a repository for orchestration solutions, tools, and services.

In its first release to the community, GoGrid will publish the "blueprints" behind its four 1-Button Deploy™ orchestration solutions -- Cassandra, Hadoop, MongoDB, and Riak. Members of the Open Orchestration community will be able to modify these blueprints and use a free Orchestration Service powered by GoGrid's orchestration engine technology to test and deploy any technology solution to a single cloud, multiple clouds, and even on-premise.

In addition, Cascadeo, a provider of top-tier architectural engineering expertise, and Ansible, a provider of enterprise-ready solutions for automating apps, systems, and cloud resources, will join the Open Orchestration community to deliver additional solutions and orchestration playbooks.
