The company is expanding its global footprint in order to deliver Information Technology and Business Processes services through plural sourcing -- a combination of onshore, nearshore and offshore centers. Previously, UST Global established onshore centers in Austin, Texas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Bentonville, Arkansas.

The objectives of the effort include providing solutions that meet client regulatory and data security requirements while mitigating geopolitical and delivery risk.

Thirty cities in fifteen states are currently under consideration, with the primary factor being UST Global client needs and future plans. Among additional qualifications that are being explored is the availability of local universities that can provide a pool of fresh graduates for the labor force. UST Global's Dallas office was chosen after considering five different cities.
