TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/09/12 -- Texada Software Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TXS), soon to be renamed Noble Iron Inc. (the "Company"), is pleased to announce the closing of an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") to acquire assets of Bane Machinery Houston LP located in Houston, Texas. The transaction was completed by a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of the Company.

Along with the purchase of certain Bane assets, including earth moving equipment, the Company retained all employees and an extensive, active customer list. In addition, the Company entered into a lease on the property currently occupied by Bane Machinery's Houston operations. The total consideration for the acquisition was approximately $2.2 Ml. U.S.
