NeSmith joins Boundary co-founder Cliff Moon, Boundary CEO Gary Read, and John Vrionis of Lightspeed Venture Partners on the company's board.

Prior to Blue Coat, NeSmith was CEO of Ipsilon, where he introduced the industry's first IP Switch. He has also served as a General Manager for Newbridge Networks.
