ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/14 -- Liaison Technologies, a global provider of secure, cloud-based data management and integration solutions, today announced the appointment of three veteran executives following a record-breaking year and leadership recognition from multiple industry analysts. Joining Liaison's leadership team are Brad Anderson as vice president of big data informatics, Ronald Hayman Jr. as vice president of technical operations, and Mark Malis as vice president of human resources. These strategic appointments strengthen Liaison's leadership in Big Data, and demonstrate the company's ongoing commitment to creating and delivering innovative technologies to the cloud integration, data management and cloud services brokerage (CSB) markets.
As vice president of big data informatics, Brad Anderson is responsible for Liaison's Big Data strategy, leveraging the company's $250M investment in its world-class cloud infrastructure. Anderson brings a 20 year background in data management, first with enterprise data warehouses and more recently building and using non-relational Big Data tools. In addition to his technical expertise, Anderson founded or co-founded four technology companies across a variety of industries, all leveraging Big Data technologies. He has also worked with MapR Technologies, Ericsson and Cloudant where he built its hosted NoSQL offering based on CouchDB.
Ronald Hayman Jr. joins Liaison's leadership team as vice president of technical operations, where he manages Liaison's mission-critical data management cloud infrastructure to service customers across multiple vertical markets. With nearly 15 years of IT leadership experience as both a technical expert and skilled business strategist, he further strengthens Liaison's ability to innovate and advance its cloud based Big Data services. Most recently, Hayman served as director of global IT operations for CareerBuilder, LLC, where he oversaw internal support and engineering, and managed a revenue generating, customer-facing business.
Supporting the accelerated growth of the company, Mark Malis brings over 20 years of leadership experience to Liaison as vice president of human resources. Malis previously served as the vice president of talent management at McKesson.
"Ronald, Brad and Mark bring with them domain knowledge and talent that complement our existing leadership team," said Bob Renner, CEO of Liaison Technologies. "The addition of these executives supports the accelerated growth experienced by Liaison at this stage, and we welcome each of them to the team."
